Tips and information products
All our COSLYS cosmetic products are certified organic. Coslys is committed to offering products that meet the requirements of ecological and organic cosmetics through COSMOS and Ecocert standards as well as Cosmébio specifications.
Each Coslys product has a cream jar logo with a number. This figure represents the number of months during which you can keep your product after its first use.
Tip: Do not hesitate to enter the opening date of your product on its label.
If your child is less than 3 years old, we recommend using The neutral cleansing gel, neutral care cream as well as the entire Baby Coslys range.

Customer account
To create your Coslys account, go to the top right menu, click on the middle icon, then "Log in" 
Then click on "No account? Create one.
Then fill in your personal information and click on the "register" button
To change your personal information, go to the "My Account" tab:
Then click on "My Information". You have access to all your information and can modify them
When you connect to your account, click "Forgotten password". Then enter your email address Click "Send reset link".
Then check your mails and follow the indications.

Shower gels
Coslys washing products contain surfactants. These molecules consist of one part that loves water (hydrophilic) and another part that loves fatty bodies (lipophilic/hydrophobic).
The surfactants as well as the soaps, are therefore able to emulsify both aqueous and fatty bodies.
Soaps such as washing gels combined with mechanical action allow water and lipid molecules to bind together. This mixture is then removed by rinsing water.
The surfactants also rid the skin of virus fragments as it does for all other fats (salts).
Delivery
We deliver at home or in relay.
The order and delivery tracking is possible via the transactional mails you will receive on the email address indicated when ordering, either via the freight mails of the carrier.
Home delivery is charged 5.90 € for any order less than 49 €. This home delivery is not charged beyond this amount.
A removal point delivery is charged € 3.90 for any order less than 49 €. This removal point delivery is not charged beyond this amount.

We accept payments by credit card, PayPal as well as checks.
For payment by check, here is the information to be inquired:

The Order Cancellation option is not available.
However, you can contact our customer service at 02 41 55 60 11 or by email: contact@coslys.fr to share your wish for cancellation. However, if your order is already in preparation or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

Make sure you’ve created your Coslys ambassador account (different from your usual customer account) when applying for a mission. You can, of course, apply for several missions. For TikTok missions, you’ll first need to link your TikTok account to verify your application.
