What are the means of payment accepted?

We accept payments by credit card, PayPal as well as checks.


I want to pay by check, how do you proceed?

For payment by check, here is the information to be inquired:

Amount: Please indicate the total amount (taxes included).

I wish to cancel my order, how do you proceed?

The Order Cancellation option is not available.

However, you can contact our customer service at 02 41 55 60 11 or by email: contact@coslys.fr to share your wish for cancellation. However, if your order is already in preparation or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.


What are the costs and return time?

To make a return, you have the legal right of withdrawal, ie 14 days, in accordance with the general conditions of sale. Fees are dependent on the client.

Return the products

The return fee are your responsibility, unless the product received is defective or does not match your order. We recommend using a follow-up mode to ensure the safety of your return. If you prefer we can send you a prepaid return label. As such, a lump sum of € 5.90 will be deducted from your refund once the articles received and controlled.

Articles must be returned to their original state of origin and in their original packaging if possible. Please ensure that the products are well protected to avoid any damage during transport.

Refund:

Once the products are returned and verified, we will proceed to the refund of your order, within 14 days after receiving the returned item. The refund will be made according to the method of payment used during the purchase.
